PRICES INFO CONDITIONS
| VILLA DREAM HOUSE IS BOOKABLE FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER - minimum stay 7 days - capacity for 8 people, is possible to add 2 single bed for a maximum of 10 people - prices are for 1 a 8 people, oeach additional person is charged 50 euro per day | ||
| MAY - JUNE SEPTEMBER | per week 4.200 euro | per day 600 euro |
| JULY - AUGUST | per week 5.600 euro | per day 800 euro |
| - For longer stay of over 30 days or in other months the prices is to be agreed - No bookings for parties or weddings are accepted - Animals to agree acceptance and prices | ||
| INFO and CONDITIONS - Electricity not included in the prices will cost will be calculated based on consumptions - All other charges are included - Weekly change of linen - A deposit of 1.000 euro is required, wich will be refunded on leaving the villa, after checking damages and paying electricity - Upon booking an advance payment (by bank transfer) of 50% is required. - Rent and deposit shall be paid upon arrival - check in on arrival day from 3 pm to 6 pm, - check out on departure day by 10 am - Credit card are not accepted |
